This has been the thorn in my flesh that I’ve struggled with most of my life. At times, I’ve found seasons of peace from this issue. But at other times, I’ve found myself curled up in a fetal position while my mind spins out of control with overwhelm.
So how to we work to overcome anxiety or stress? What does the Bible say about this issue? What’s the science related to this struggle? And how do I help someone else who struggles with anxiety or stress in their daily life?
