I'm not one for small talk as you will quickly realize.

I'm horrible at sending notes to others but I'm one of the few who will actually call her friends on the phone to catch up.

You may be here because you read something on my blog that was intriguing, or perhaps you found out about my coaching programs for faith-based women (especially aspiring authors) who want to dig deeper and grow spiritually, mentally, and personally. Or maybe you listened to one of my podcast episodes which resonated with you in a powerful way.

Or maybe you found out about me because I wrote this best-selling book called Big & Little Coloring Devotional that became a national best-seller (which was an awesome God-story, by-the-way). Another one is on it's way to your book shelf called, Refine and Restore: Revive Your Heart, Release Your Purpose, which is my complete heart and soul bled onto the pages for you.

I also speak at events and women's retreats, so you might be stopping in after visiting with me in person!

My life is full, just like yours. I'm a wife and mom to "Wannabe Triplets," with a Weimaraner (dog) who thinks she's human. We recently moved from the bustling suburbs of Los Angeles, CA and almost decided to embark on traveling around the country in an RV. However, God changed our plans 2 weeks before we left and we landed unexpectedly in the rural hills of Southern Idaho investing in a 60-acre ranch to turn into an event center. (Read about it here!) It's been quite the wild ride as we figure it all out as we go, which we share about in more detail on the Refine and Restore Podcast (Episode 9, 10, and 11). I used to be a dental hygienist, but God flipped my world upside down in 2016 and now I write, speak, and coach other women to believe in the person God has created them to be.

My days are filled with pouring out inspirational truths on my Facebook and Instagram communities, hammering out words on my blog (about faith, purpose, and passion), sharing insightful truths on my podcast, coaching Jesus-loving women in my private coaching programs, writing book proposals for my agent (Hartline Agency) and him sending them to all the publishers (more books coming soon!), while balancing #allthehats at the same time.

I'm definitely not equipped to do all these things, but I'm discovering how true the saying is: "God equips the called." ALL of these things have become the call to my current life.
